The technical helpline can provide support and advice to our customers
with hardware problems, whether you are a business or home user.
Please have your invoice number ready when you telephone us.

If the equipment was purchased elsewhere,
you are welcome to bring your computer to us for repair.

Please note that, because the Technical Department is open Monday to Friday 10AM to 5 PM only
we are unable to offer technical support on Saturdays or Sundays.
You can, however, book your machine in and leave it with our sales staff.
